Bike Stripping
We want to make getting your bike to us as simple and convenient as possible. That’s why we’ve created a network of over 200 partner bike shops across the US that are ready to help with stripping and shipping.
Simply visit the Locations tab on our website and enter your ZIP code to find the partner shop closest to you. Drop your bike off with them, and they’ll take care of the stripping and shipping process. Once your repair is complete, they can also handle the reassembly and get your bike ready to ride again. We require fully stripped, clean frames for inspection and repair. If you’re unable to strip your bike yourself, our partner shops can handle the entire process from start to finish.
