What to do
Step by step
STEP 1
Go to our "Request a Quote" tab and send us a few pictures along with a description so we can send you a rough quote.
STEP 2
Put your zip code into our "locations" tab to find our closest top notch partner shop. Take your bike there to be stripped. Or you can choose any bike shop you love and trust. Your bike must be completely stripped so that we have a naked frame to work on.
STEP 3
Once you know when your bike will be ready, book shipping from your chosen bike shop to the address below. We recommend you use Bike Flights. The bike shop might ask you to provide a bike box.

STEP 4
Once we receive your frame, our technicians will complete an ultrasound test and assess the damage in person. If your quote needs to be updated we will text you a quote for approval. Once approved, we will begin working on your frame.
STEP 5
We will text you again once the repair is complete. You will then need to book shipping from our facility to your trusted bike shop for reassembly. Please email the shipping label to contact@carbonbikespecialists.com. Payment is required before we return your frame.
